Ultimate Driving: Westover Islands (OPEN)

AS OF 3/11, I AM TRYING TO FIX THE SYSTEMS. I am currently trying to recolor the whole map to the green grass, not the snow, so you may see that throughout the map. The uncopylocked game will remain unknown. Look, you may see that US 40 is SR 4, which i do not like, so I am trying to change the fictional Westover Islands routes.
